MJB Venues Conference room is fully equipped with audiovisual technology including two wall mounted TV screens, an overhead projector, ceiling mounted speaker system, sound and lighting system, a whiteboard, laptop connections and internet access.
Conference Room
The Conference room is 208sqm (20m by 8m) that can seat up to 140 people in a configuration that you require. For your convenience MJB Venue also have 2 Small Meeting rooms for hire as well as offering a Catering Package.

The venue has lots of free parking for your event – drive & park up to the front door.

140 Room Capacity
Our premium venue comfortably supplies & seats 140 people, big enough for most seminars, events or launches. If you would like to seat up to 200 people, no problem, there is room for that too!

These two ample sized rooms are perfect for small meetings or consultations.

We provide it all: two TV monitors, overhead projector, two high powered Yamaha speakers, wireless mics, the works. You will sure impress with the level of seamless technology.

- 4 hours Morning or Afternoon
- Plus 2 hours set up time

- 6:00 pm onwards
- Plus one hour set up time

PAYMENT DETAILS
- Payment is required 7 days in advance of your booking.
- An invoice will be sent to you 14 days prior to your booking.
- Notify of any cancellation in writing at least 30 days prior to the booking to avoid incurring any cancellation fee (details of cancellation are on the “License to use Conference Room agreement”).
